Do you have a physical store?
We currently operate online only and don’t have a physical location. Stay tuned—we’ll keep you updated as our brand grows.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes around 7-12 business days. For now, we do not have express shipping option available.

How do I know if my order was successful?
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you right away. This email includes your order details and serves as proof that your purchase was successful. If you spot any errors in your order, please contact us immediately so we can make corrections before it’s processed. Didn’t receive the email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder first—if it’s not there, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We process orders quickly, and most in-stock items ship within one business day. Once your order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.
What if the size I receive doesn't fit?
Each product comes with its own size chart, and measurements may have a 1–2 cm tolerance. Since fit can vary, we always recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering. If your item still doesn’t fit the way you’d like, no worries—you can return or exchange it in line with our Return Policy.
What's your Refund policy?
At Wearvybes, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  We accept returns forstore credit or exchanges, and offerrefunds if an item isdefective or incorrect.

What happens if an item I want is sold out?
We keep only limited quantities of each style, so some items may sell out quickly. The good news is that we often restock popular pieces. If you’re interested in a specific item, just send us the product link and size, and our team will do their best to secure it for you.

Why does the product color look slightly different from the photos?
All our product photos are taken without filters to represent the items as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different due to lighting during photography or variations in phone and computer screen settings. If you’re not fully happy with the color once your order arrives, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange through our Return Policy.
How can I figure out the right size for me?
You can find our detailed Size Guide next to the size options on each product page. If you still have questions about fit or need help with measurements, feel free to email us—our team will be happy to assist.
Why was my order canceled?
In rare cases, an item shown as available on our website may actually be out of stock. If this happens, we’ll contact you within 24–48 hours to explain and process a refund for the unavailable item. Any other items in your order that are in stock will still be shipped as usual.
How do I apply a coupon or promo code?
Simply enter your coupon code in the discount box at checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically to your order. Be sure to check the validity dates—expired codes will no longer work.
How do I make sure the rhinestones don’t fall off, and how should I wash my item?
